  • Are you located in Brooklyn, New York?  Pick up your purchase in a store close to you. We have shops in Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods.

  • Just choose local pick up, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready 
  • Please DO NOT choose an accelerated payment option in the first step of checkout. If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then the "Pick-up in store" option is not available.
  • In-store pickups will be held in-store for no more than 30 days. After 30 days, the products will be returned to stock.
STANDARD SHIPPING
  • DNA Footwear ships to the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the US. 
  • Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 days once processed) on all orders over $150.00 is FREE.
  • Standard shipping on orders under $150.00 is $15.00 for Ground Shipping.
  • Packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. A signature will be required on orders over $200.
  • Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $45.00. This service is UPS.
  • All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time before shipment, regardless of the shipping service you request.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

  • We offer expedited shipping (1-3 days + processing time) for $45 this service is UPS.

APO/FPO SHIPPING

  • We ship to military addresses using US standard shipping with USPS at the same rates as above.
  • Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship products outside of the U.S. territories.
