How do I make a return or exchange?
DNA Footwear | Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your shoes. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how it works:
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original box.
- We provide a prepaid return label for all Sale and Regular-price returns - at no cost to you.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for a different size. (contact us first).
How to start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our (Returns Center), enter your order number, and your email or phone number.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a free printable return label.
- One return label is allowed per order.
- Drop the package at any USPS location for return shipping
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale Items from the LAST CALL section.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. During the return process, you can add images to help describe the issue.
Did we send you the wrong item?
If we made an error -wrong size, wrong color, wrong item - we cover everything. Contact us within 30 days, and we'll send you a prepaid label, ship your correct item at no charge, and make sure it's right. No hassle or cost to you.
If you feel you received the wrong Blundstone size. Please call or email us for clarification, as Blundstone sizing can be tricky. We want to get it right and solve that right away.
Can the items be exchanged?
Need a different size or color? We'll prioritize getting the right pair to you. If your preferred size is in stock, we'll ship the exchange the same day we receive your return.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method (This may take between 2-6 days to show in your account due to bank processing)
- Refund to an online store credit (this does not expire and is available for all returns)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
We inspect and process within 4 business days. Refunds will be issued 5-7 days after processing. We credit your original form of payment. Store credit requests will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection.
