RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to return or exchange your DNA Footwear purchase within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow the return and exchange procedure below:
- Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are at the cost of the customer. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment and getting a tracking number.
- Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 30% at the sole discretion of DNA Footwear management.
- Merchandise returned must be unworn, unaltered, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any merchandise returned to DNA Footwear in poor condition will not be accepted.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Please do not send the shoebox as the shipping box. Please package the shoebox in a shipping box, just like you received it.
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns directly to our retail stores or shipping warehouse.
- Your returned items are your responsibility up until the items are received at our warehouse. We recommend insuring your return shipment, getting a tracking number, and retaining a proof of postage
- We do offer free shipping on all eligible exchange shipments back to the original address. In order to be eligible for free shipping on your requested exchange size or color, we must receive your returned item within 30 days of your receipt of your original order. If your requested exchange is not available, your purchase will be refunded.
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment

RETURN + EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Fill in the returns & exchanges form received in your order. The fields marked “Refund Code” and “Exchange Code” refer to the letter of the corresponding reason for refund or exchange found in the bottom right-hand corner of the form.

- Take care not to leave out the shoebox your items arrived in. It must be included in your return, undamaged and free of tape or shipping labels
- Pay the postage for any delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment and getting a tracking number.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES PROCESSING TIME
- Please refer to the tracking number you received when sending us your package and make sure that your return has been signed for at our warehouse.
- Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Your banking institution may take up to two billing cycles to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Please contact your banking institution for a more precise estimate.
