The Rivercrest sandals are beautiful and appear to be good quality. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel as though they should have some arch support. In addition, the footbed is a bit narrow for my average-width feet. Also, it would be nice if it were marked somewhere on these sandals that they are made of genuine leather. It's not, and I got this information by emailing Customer Service.
