  • Send us an active link and a screenshot of the product you've purchased from us in the last 7 days, along with your DNAfootwear.com order number. You can e-mail DNAcare@dnafootwear.com or call us during business hours at 888-955-7463. DNA Footwear business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am - 6pm EST except for major holidays.
  • Within 1-2 business days from the time we get your message, we will validate that your order was placed on our website, and that the lower price you found is for the same item (brand, style, color, and size. We will then refund you the difference and send you an e-mail to confirm that we've done so.
