Simple is here to fill the tremendous gap in the shoe industry today of sustainable shoes, and are one hundred percent committed to creating shoes that are good for the environment. All materials that go into making Simple shoes are to some degree or another sustainable. For example their wool and rubber is all recycled - from consumer wool, or car tire rubber - their leather is eco-certified, and their cotton certified organic. Even their boxes are made out of post consumer recycled paper and cardboard. Simple shoes include flip-flops, sneakers, and flat models all of which adhere to these regulations. Simple spends a lot of time and resources in figuring out better and more productive ways to come up with all sustainable material made shoes, which is not an easy task, and they are willing to sacrifice time and energy to heighten their standards. In other words, where they could be save money using non biodegradable or sustainable materials, they chose to make a smaller profit and stay true to their goals, and better Earth. And in doing all of this, Simple shoes still manages to put out a collection of shoes that are stylish, so that you will not only feel good about wearing them, you will have fun while you wear them!
