Shipping - Free On Orders of $75+

US STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders above $75 is FREE
  • Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders under $75 costs $9.00
  • Packages are shipped via UPS
  • Your order will arrive between 9am and 5pm, and a signature will be required on orders of $200 and over
  • Orders placed before 9am EST on Monday-Thursday will ship within two business days
  • Orders placed after 9am EST on Monday-Thursday may be shipped after an additional business day
  • Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday-Tuesday

US EXPEDITED SHIPPING

  • We offer expedited shipping in the US at standard carrier rates
  • Depending on the state where you ship your package to and the speed of your delivery, you will be able to see the shipping charges at checkout

APO/FPO SHIPPING

  • We ship to military addresses using US standard shipping with USPS, for FREE
  • Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS

US AND CANADA CARRIER

  • We use UPS for all of our US deliveries and USPS for our Canadian and International deliveries
  • When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a confirmation with a UPS tracking number
  • All orders being shipped to Canada will be subjected to the USPS International flat rate of $24.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship to most countries, via USPS
  • All orders being shipped to Canada will be subject to the USPS International flat rate of $24.99.
  • All orders being shipped to other countries will be subject to the USPS International flat rate of $59.99
  • Recipients are responsible for any import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and handling charges
  • When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can follow its journey at ups.com
  • As an Authorized Internet Dealer for all the brands we carry, there are certain brands that we are not allowed to ship outside of the US and US Protectorates. These brands include but are not limited to: Minnetonka, UGG Australia, Miz Mooz, Vans, New Balance and Keds.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

  • DNA Footwear operates on a delivered Duty Unpaid basis, which means that recipients are responsible for any import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and handling charges

Returns & Exchanges - Fast & Easy

US ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We offer fast and easy online returns
  • We do not currently offer free shipping on returns. However, we do offer free return shipping on exchanges if returned within 30 days.
  • You can return any unworn item for a refund or exchange it for a different size or color within 30 days of the receipt date. Any merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any merchandise returned after this 30-day period will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of DNA Footwear management.
  • Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt
  • Any returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or in poor condition. Any merchandise returned to DNA Footwear in these conditions will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • All marked down items are Final Sale items and may not be returned or exchanged. Any final sale merchandise that is returned to DNA Footwear will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of DNA Footwear management.
  • Any returned merchandise must be returned in its original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Please do not send the shoebox as the shipping box. Please package the shoebox in a shipping box, just like you received it. Any merchandise returned to DNA Footwear with a damaged shoebox or a shoebox used as a shipping box will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise bought online cannot be returned to stores
  • No returns brought to our warehouse by hand will be accepted due to security reasons.
  • Your returned items are your responsibility up until the items are received at our warehouse. We recommend insuring your return shipment, getting a tracking number, and retaining a proof of postage
  • Items sent to our warehouse that are not part of DNA Footwear’s inventory will be donated to a charitable organization in Brooklyn if we do not receive a pre-paid shipping label from the sender to use for redirection of the package within 5 business days. We make every effort to contact the sender upon receipt of non-inventory items. If there is no contact information accompanying non-inventory items, we will hold the package for 5 business days before donating it.
  • Refund will be made via the original method of payment

US RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE – Please follow the returns procedure below:

  • Return using our prepaid return label:
    1. Fill in the returns & exchanges form received in your order. The fields marked “Refund Code” and “Exchange Code” refer to the letter of the corresponding reason for refund or exchange found in the bottom right-hand corner of the form.
    2. Repackage items and include the invoice in the package. Please be sure to write down the Tracking Number on the provided shipping label in order to track your return.
    3. Affix the prepaid shipping label from the front of the invoice to your package (do not use the shoebox as the shipping box, a separate box will need to be used) and drop off your package at any UPS location or schedule a free pickup at www.ups.com. A charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return using the carrier of your choice:
    1. Fill in the returns & exchanges form received in your order. The fields marked “Refund Code” and “Exchange Code” refer to the letter of the corresponding reason for refund or exchange found in the bottom right-hand corner of the form.
    2. Repackage items and include the invoice. Send your package to:

    3. Pay the postage for any delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment and getting a tracking number.

US RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING TIME:

  • Please refer to the tracking number you got when you sent us your package and make sure that your return has been signed for at our warehouse.
  • Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Your banking institution may take up to two billing cycles to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Please contact your banking institution for a more precise estimate.
