Geox creator came about his idea for Geox in a very funny way. He was on a trip to Nevada, where it gets quite hot. While he was walking around, he realized that his feet felt overwhelmed, much too warm. In the spur of the moment, he spontaneously decided that in order for his feet to breath he just punched holes in them. The effectiveness of his crazy idea, opened his eyes into a new way to make shoes more breathable. The name Geox come the latin Geo which means eart – that which we walk on and x is the technological component of the shoe. Geox shoes have microscopic holes on their top quality soles which make them more breathable, but they are engineered to be completely impermeable too. With its Italian roots, every season they put forth collections which are top of the line and following the hottest trends. They have flats, boots and heels, and they make for children and men shoes as well. What Geox offers is very fashion forward up to date shoes, that are comfortable and that do not overwhelm you feet.
