Born in Asia, raised and educated in the US and Europe, Carol always envisioned a career in fashion while she was exposed to design early on through her father’s architecture studio. After receiving degrees in International Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and Shoe Design from Otis Parsons in L.A., she furthered her education at the University of Southern Europe in Monte Carlo, France, and later apprenticed as a shoe designer in Italy. After 10 years working with Italian modelists and absorbing the European sensibility for design and high quality, Carol returned to Los Angeles to work for Italian Vogue and Hollywood Life magazines. In the midst of the eclectic world of celebrities and style-makers in Hollywood, Blonde Ambition was created and received countless pages in the American press. In March 2010, Blonde Ambition was launched in Germany and is now available in 8 countries in Europe as a brand conceptualized in Hollywood and made available internationally featuring high style and quality at a moderate price.
