Spotted on stars like Kristen Bell and Blake Lively, this off-the-runway trend has been quickly spreading over Hollywood. We love the tasseled heel, a new and creative way to add more detail to a shoe. We’re over studs, cutouts and hardware; it is now all about the retro glamor of tassels.
